Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the Special Meeting agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 5.1.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 5.1.23 Journal Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 5.1.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-82-23 Finance Committee Overflow Presentations Attachments: OCS City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting May 2, 2023 Minutes - Final ID-73-23 Finance Committee Budget Deliberations Finance Director Dickinson, Budget Manager Connolly, City Manager Malinoff, Assistant City Manager Buckland and Chief of Staff Petit were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson requested Finance Director Dickinson provide amendments from the Stantec Report for recommendation from the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill requested that City Council Associate Jackson revise and finalize the "Finance Committee Budget Report". The Finance Committee requested that City Council Associate Jackson arrange the Google Drive with the budget presentations by date from beginning to end, as well as the renaming it "FY24 Finance Committee Department Presentations". Meeting Recessed 11:32am. Meeting Resumed at 11:54am. The Finance Committee requested the Renewal Expenditure Projections Graph from FY23 be revised to fit FY24 information. Adjournment Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Special Meeting was adjourned at 1:32 pm.
