Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Special Meeting agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 7.19.23 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 7.19.23 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 7.19.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-3-24 General - Department of Transportation - Reserve for One-Time Uses Attachments: SA-3-24 Mayor Buckley and Transportation Director Moore were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend SA-3-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. SA-4-24 Finance - Maryland Department of Natural Resources - Community Parks & Playgrounds Attachments: SA-4-24 Director Dickinson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-4-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting September 7, 2023 Minutes - Final SA-5-24 Grant - Planning & Zoning - Maryland Historical Trust Attachments: SA-5-24 The Finance committee requested a representative from the Department of Planning & Zoning to be present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone SA-5-24 until September 20th, 2023 Finance committee meeting. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. SA-6-24 Grant - APD - State of Maryland - Governor’s Office of Crime Control & Prevention Attachments: SA-6-24 Chief Jackson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-6-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-1-24 General - Public Works/City Manager - Contractual Services/Special Projects Attachments: FT-1-24 Assistant City Manager Buckland and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend FT-1-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-25-23 Finance Department Update Director Dickinson and Assistant City Manager were present to answer questions from the committee.
