Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting October 4, 2023 Minutes - Final Call To Order Alderwoman Tierney called the Regular Meeting to order at 10:32 am. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Alderwoman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 9.20.23 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 9.20.23 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 9.20.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-7-24 AIPPC - Fund Balance Attachments: SA-7-24 golder Finance Director Dickinson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-7-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-2-24 General - Management Information Technology - Salary Benefits - Contract Services Attachments: FT-2-24 MIT Director Paquin was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend FT-2-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Legislation City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting October 4, 2023 Minutes - Final O-25-23 Exception to Allow Public Kayak Rack Pilot Program - For the purpose of creating a City of Annapolis pilot program to allow a public kayak rack in a street-end city park located on the City's waterfront; changing Title 15 of the City Code to allow the pilot project; and generally dealing with the City's waterfront parks.
