Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Special Meeting Agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 3.20.24 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 3.20.24 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 3.20.24. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-46-24 Annapolis Fire Department Attachments: FY 2025 Fire Dept Budget Presentation FINAL Alderwoman Pindell-Charles, Alderman Arnett, Chief of Fire Remaley, Fire Administrative Office Associate Coughlin and Deputy Chief of Fire Lopez were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderman Arnett requested an Medicaid Audit for the Audit Committee from Chief of Fire Remaley. Meeting went into recess at 10:43 am. Alderwoman Pindell-Charles, Alderman Arnett, Parks & Recreation Director Johnson, Recreation Division Chief Simmons, Parks & Facility Chief Dillard, Finance Director Dickinson and Budget Manager Connolly were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill requested the breakdown on Stanton Center budget for the employees from Director Johnson. Meeting went into recess at 11:56 pm. ID-48-24 Planning & Zoning Department Attachments: Copy of Planning-Zoning Budget Presentation FY25 Meeting resumed at 12:25 pm. Alderwoman Pindell-Charles, Alderman Arnett, Planning & Zoning Director Jakubiak, Assistant to the Director of Planning & Zoning Brown, Assistant City Manager Buckland, and Budget Manager Connolly were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson requested the Finance Department Add a column on pg.34 indicating how many open positions were presented in the FY24 budget. Adjournment Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was adjourned at 1:47 pm.
