Call To Order
Alderwoman Finlayson called the Special Meeting to order at 9:41 am.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Tierney moved to adopt as amended to add SA-33-24 to the agenda.
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 5.1.24. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.
Supplemental Appropriations
SA-33-24 Grant - Office of Emergency Management - Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI)

Office of Emergency Management Deputy Director Mandell and Grants
Coordinator Vaughn were present to answer questions from the committee.
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend SA-33-24 favorably. Seconded.
CARRIED on voice vote.

City Manager Mallinoff, Finance Director Dickinson and Budget Manager
Connolly were present to answer questions from the committee.
Meeting Recessed at 11:32 am.
Meeting Reconvened at 11:49 am.
Alderwoman Finlayson requested City Manager Mallinoff find out the status on
the Russell St. CIP project.
Meeting Reconvened at 2:04 pm.
Finance Committee Recommendations for Fees & Fines:
Increase the fee 17.44.030.B- Short term rental license for the type of premises
listed in 17.44.010.A other than bed and breakfast homes, hotels, motels, or inns
from $200 to $400.
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
adjourned at 2:33 pm.
