CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-62-24 FY25 Finance Committee Deliberations City Manager Mallinoff, Assistant City Manager Buckland, City Attorney Lyles, Finance Director Dickinson, and Budget Manager Connolly were present to answer questions from the committee.
