Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-29-24 General - Harbor Master’s Office - Other Revenues Attachments: SA-29-24 Finance Department Director Dickinson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-29-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. SA-30-24 Capital - Department of Public Works - Capital Reserve Attachments: SA-30-24 Finance Department Director Dickinson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-30-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. SA-34-24 Affordable Housing Trust - Department of Planning & Zoning - Affordable Housing Trust Fund Balance Attachments: SA-34-24 Finance Department Director Dickinson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend SA-34-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-35-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-14-24 Finance Department Update Assistant City Manager Buckland and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee.
