Alderwoman Tierney called the Regular Meeting to order at 9:22 am.

Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the agenda as amended to remove
O-5-24, R-14-24 and ID-14-24. voice vote. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Department of Central Services in the City Charter; moving public purchasing duties
from the Finance Department to the Department of Central Services, and moving
facilities management, fleet operations, and fleet replacement duties from the
Department of Public Works to the Department of Central Services; and generally
related to Department of Central Services responsibilities.

(IAFF) Local 1926, AFSCME 3162, and AFSCME 3406 - For the purpose of
submitting a written memorandum of Collective Bargaining Agreement between the
City of Annapolis and IAFF Local 1926, American Federation of State, County and
Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Locals 3162 and 3406 for the Fiscal Years 2025
through 2026 to the City Council for its ratification or rejection.
