Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting June 5, 2024 Minutes - Final Call To Order Alderwoman Tierney called the Regular Meeting to order at 9:22 am. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Absent: 1- Alderwoman Tierney Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the agenda as amended to remove O-5-24, R-14-24 and ID-14-24. voice vote. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 5.15.24 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 5.15.24 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 5.15.24. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-8-24 General Fund - Forfeiture and Asset Seizure Fund and Reforestation Fund Attachments: FT-8-24A_-_4th_Quarter City_Council_Budget_Revision_(PDF) Finance Director Dickinson, Budget Manager Connolly, Parks & Recreation Director Johnson, Integrated Technology Services Director Paquin and Lieutenant of Administration Services Ascione were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend FT-8-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Legislation City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting June 5, 2024 Minutes - Final O-8-24 Department of Central Services - For the purpose of reconstituting the Department of Central Services in the City Charter; moving public purchasing duties from the Finance Department to the Department of Central Services, and moving facilities management, fleet operations, and fleet replacement duties from the Department of Public Works to the Department of Central Services; and generally related to Department of Central Services responsibilities.
