Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt as amended to add R-19-24 to the agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 7.3.24 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 7.3.24 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 7.3.24. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-1-25 Grant - OEM - National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration through the Department of Natural Resources Attachments: SA-1-25 Office of Emergency Management Director Simmons was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-1-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. R-34-24 Itinerant Merchant Sales in the Historic District - 2024 - For the purpose of authorizing hawker, peddler, and itinerant merchant sales in the Historic District in conjunction with certain special events during calendar year 2024. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend R-34-24 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-120-24 City Fee’s - Waived - Discussion Assistant City Manager and Recreation & Parks Director Johnson were present to answer questions from the committee. The Finance committee is requesting background info with new events that are being added to the "Waived City Event Fee" list. ID-14-24 Finance Department Update Budget Manager Connolly was present to answer questions from the committee.
