Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderman Huntley Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting agenda as amended to add SA-14-25 and SA-15-25. voice vote. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 10.16.24 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 10.16.24 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 10.16.24. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-3-25 Capital - Department of Public Works Attachments: FT-3-25 Civil Engineer Harold was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend FT-3-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-11-25 Grant - APD - Maryland’s Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention & Policy Attachments: SA-11-25 Alderwoman O'Neill requested the data for participants in boxing, volleyball, and chess programs that APD manage. Administrative Support Captain Miguez was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-11-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. City of Annapolis Page 3 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting November 6, 2024 Minutes - Final ID-166-24 Budget Preparation Discussion Alderman Huntley requested the Budget City Council Work Session be scheduled by the members of the Finance Committee to discuss the dates for the upcoming Budget Cycle. Alderman Huntley requested to postpone this discussion until after the Budget Work Session with the full Council.
