Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 1.8.25 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 1.8.25 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 1.8.25. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers FT-6-25 General - Department of Recreation and Parks (Pool) - Contractual Services - Supplies & Other Attachments: FT-6-25 Recreation & Parks Director Johnson was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend FT-6-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-24-25 Reforestation Fund - Planning & Zoning - FY2024 Reforestation Fund Balance/Contractual Services Attachments: SA-24-25 Urban Forester Adams was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson requested Urban Forester Adams update Environmental Matters Committee on Tree Canopy funds at the next meeting February 13th, 2025. Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend SA-24-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Sponsors: Buckley Attachments: R-53-24 First Reader R-53-24 Staffing Impact Report R-53-24 Staff Report revised R-53-24 Fiscal Impact Note Assistant City Manager Buckland and Human Resources Manager Hopkins were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone R-53-24 until February 19th, 2025. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
