Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderman Huntley Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the Special Meeting agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 4.23.25 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 4.23.25 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 4.23.25. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion Alderwoman Finlayson presented a letter of appreciation for the Public Safety team that helped her to safety last year on April 24th, 2024 during the Finance Committee Budget Hearings. ID-76-25 Annapolis Fire Department (AFD) Attachments: FIRE - FY26 Finance Budget Presentation Deputy City Manager for Resilience and Sustainability Guild, Chief of Fire Remaley, Deputy Fire Chief Lopez, Deputy Fire Chief Powell, and Fire Administrator Specialist Coughlin were present to answer questions from the committee. Meeting went into Recess 10:26 am. ID-77-25 Transportation Department Attachments: Transportation - FY26 Finance Budget Presentation Meeting Reconvened 10:51 am.
