Call To Order
Alderman Huntley called the Special Meeting to order at 9:36 am.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderman Huntley
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the Special Meeting agenda.
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

General Discussion
ID-86-25 Finance Committee Deliberations
Alderman Arnett, Director of Finance Moran, Director of Planning & Zoning
Jakubiak, Budget Manager Trudeau, Lead Union Chop Steward for Local 400
Thomas Woolfolk representing Officers & Lieutenants, and Urban Forester Adams
were present to answer questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson requested to know the life expectancy of all the vehicles
that the city has for the employees to use.
Meeting went into Recess 10:08 am.
Meeting Reconvened 10:22 am
Chief of Staff Petit, Acting City Manager Buckland, Director of Finance Moran,
Director of Public Works Vogel, Director of Central Services Flinner, and Budget
Manager Trudeau were present to answer questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson requested the org chart on pg.33 in the budget binder
reflect the line of authority for "liaisons" and "part-time" positions in the Mayor's
Office and City Managers Office. (Would like for them to represent permanent
positions and not political positions)

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
adjourned at 11:23 am.
