Alderwoman Finlayson called the Special Meeting to order at 10:45 am.
Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill
Absent: 1- Alderman Huntley
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to adopt as amended to add FT-12-25, FT-13-25,
FT-14-25, and FT-15-25. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

For the purpose of identifying City Supported Special Events in Fiscal Year 2026 and
waiving certain related City fees for those events.

Director of Finance Department Moran was present to answer questions from the
committee.
Alderwoman O'Neill requested the approved amendments from O-10-25 and for
Acting City Manager Buckland to provide a list of new staff approved from the
budget and any changes to departments that were approved.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Special Meeting was
adjourned at 11:13 am.
