Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 6.4.25 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 6.4.25 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve FC 6.4.25. Seconded. Legislation R-22-25 City Supported Special Events in Fiscal Year 2026 For the purpose of identifying City Supported Special Events in Fiscal Year 2026 and waiving certain related City fees for those events. Alderwoman O'Neill requested the approved amendments from O-10-25 and for Acting City Manager Buckland to provide a list of new staff approved from the budget and any changes to departments that were approved.
