Call To Order The Chair called the Meeting to order at 7:17 p.m. Present: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderman Kirby and Alderman Littmann ID-165-14 Attachments: Draft-Annapolis FY2015 Annual Plan Chief of Community Development Wellman discussed the Action Plan. Ms. Wellman discussed the possible edits to the report to address changes since the drafting of the plan. 2. Public Hearing Alderman Kirby called the Public Hearing to order at 7:24 p.m. There being no one present to testify Alderman Kirby closed the public hearing at 7:25 pm 3. General Discussion Alderman Kirby stated that he has asked the Timothy house representatives to come to an upcoming meeting to discuss the project. 4.
