Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers 1. Call To Order Ms. Bond arrived at 7:04 pm Present: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderman Kirby and Alderman Littmann 2. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes HHW032614 Approval of the Minutes of the regular meeting Attachments: March 26, 2014 Alderman Budge moved to approve the minutes of March 26, 2014. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderman Kirby and Alderman Littmann b. General Discussion ID-187-14 Mr. Alan Hyatt, representing HACA, discussed the redevelopment project. Mr. Hyatt stated that the Housing Authority has an option to purchase the property in question and they are not planning to exercise this option and support the foundation plan. Elliot Reid, President and CEO National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions, Inc., discussed the history of the foundation and the plans for this property. Mr. Andrew Agetstein, National Foundation for Affordable Housing solutions, Inc. and Mr. Alvin Nichols, National Foundation for Affordable Housing solutions, Inc. were also present. Discussion of Meeting Date The committee discussed a change of date for future meetings. The committee discussed changing the regular meeting date to the third Thirsday of the month. 3.
