Appointments and reappointments to Committees AP-07-14 Appointment of Sandra Chapman to the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis Board of Commissioners Attachments: Sandra Chapman Nomination Ms. Chapman expressed interest in continuing to serve on the Housing Authority. She responded to some questions from the Committee. Alderman Littmann moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Keller to the Human Relations Commission Attachments: keller City of Annapolis Page 1 Housing and Human Welfare / Standing Committee Minutes - September 16, 2014 Housing and Community Final Development Mr. Keller expressed an interest in continuing to serve on the Human Relations Commission. He responded to questions from the Committee. Alderman Littmann moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-255-14 5-year Housing and Community Development Consolidated Plan Attachments: CAPER 2014 DRAFT DRAFT CDBG 2016 Application Stakeholder Chart Alderman Kirby reviewed the list and wanted to add two more properties. Alderman Littmann believes that there should be notice on the application that the organization receiving the funds be able to demonstrate financial stability or responsibility. Ms. Wellman discussed the Housing and Community Development Consolidated 5-Year Plan. Alderman Littmann moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Kirby and Alderman Littmann Absent: 1- Alderman Budge 4.
