Chairman Kirby called the meeting to order at 7:38 p.m.

O-8-15 Keeping or Maintaining Chickens Within the City of Annapolis - For the
purpose of eliminating the sunset provision set forth in Ordinance 53-11
Amended pertaining to keeping or maintaining chickens within the City of
Annapolis.

Department of Neighborhood and Environmental Programs Director Broadbent gave a
presentation on the legislation and answers questions from the committee. John Griffin,
307 B Monterey Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 was present and spoke on the
legislation.
Alderman Budge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice
vote.

ID-115-15 Presentation by Urban Design Venture - Review of Draft 5 Year
Consolidated Plan
Jon Haglund, 212 East 7th Ave, Homestead, Pennsylvania 15210 representing Urban
Design Ventures gave a presentation on the discussion topic, and answered questions
from the committee.
