Call To Order Chairman Kirby called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. Roll Call Housing and Community Development Members present: Theresa Wellman, Jonetta Hahn, and Kate Rollason Present: 2 - Alderman Budge and Alderman Kirby Absent: 1- Alderman Littmann 2. Legislation before Committee R-13-15 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing - For the purpose of adopting an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. Attachments: R-13-15 Fair Housing Impediments Analysis.docx R-13-15 Executive Summary.docx R-13-15_Signed.pdf Chief Community Development Wellman a brief presentation on the 5 year consolidated plan. Alderman Budge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Budge and Alderman Kirby Absent: 1- Alderman Littmann 2. Business before Committee Approval of Minutes HHW031715 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: March 17, 2015 Alderman Budge moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Budge and Alderman Kirby Absent: 1- Alderman Littmann 3. Public Hearing R-14-15 Five-Year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Strategic Plan - For the purpose of adopting a Five-Year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Strategic Plan for the period beginning July 1, City of Annapolis Page 1 Housing and Human Welfare / Standing Committee Minutes April 21, 2015 Housing and Community Development 2016, through June 30, 2020. General Discussion ID-179-15 Stanton Center Substantial Amendment Vote Attachments: Proposed Substantial Amendment to fiscal Year 2015 Alderman Budge moved to approve the amendment. Seconded.
