General Discussion ID-26-16 The Amendment of FY 2016 Action Plan Attachments: FY 2015 ACTION PLAN AMENDMENT.pdf Chief of Community Development Wellman gave a presentation on the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee. Stanton Community Center Manager Trader was present and spoke regarding funds for the Stanton Center. Elizabeth Kinney, 10 Hudson Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 Executive Director representing the Lighthouse Shelter spoke on FY 2015 action plan amendment and answered questions from the committee. Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald briefly addressed the committee regarding the administrations allocations in the amendment and answered questions from the committee. Kate Rollason, 413 Jefferson Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21403 representing the Housing and Community Development Committee spoke on the American's with Disability Act (ADA) Regulations and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Littmann moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderman Kirby and Alderman Littmann ID-36-16 Annual Standing Committee Chair Election Alderman Littmann moved to confirm Alderman Kirby as Chair of the Housing and Human Welfare Committee..
