Pastor Sheryl Menendez, 1411 Cedar Park Road, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 representing the Restoration Community Development Corporation gave a presentation and answered questions from the committee. Anthony Gamboa, 80 West Street, Suite A, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 representing the Organization of Hispanic/Latin Americans (OHLA) gave a presentation and answered questions from the committee. Edward A.
