Call To Order Chairwoman Henson called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 1- Alderwoman Tierney 3. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes HHW091818 Approval of the Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Henson and Alderwoman Tierney Absent: 1- Rodriguez b. ID-292-18 Development Update: Planning and Zoning The committee discussed this item. 4. Legislation before Committee O-33-18 Commercial Recycling - For the purpose of establishing guidelines for commercial recycling; and clarifying the enforcement procedures for repeat violations of Chapter 10.16 Alderwoman Tierney moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Henson and Alderwoman Tierney Absent: 1- Rodriguez 5.
