Call To Order Chairman Rodriguez called the meeting to order at 3:11 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 1- Alderwoman Tierney 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Tierney moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Rodriguez Absent: 1- Henson 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes HHW05.09.1 The Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting 9 Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Rodriguez Absent: 1- Henson 5. Legislation before Committee R-26-19 Rental Operating Licenses and Inspections of Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis Properties - For the purpose of requiring rental operating licenses and inspections of Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis properties. Alderman Savidge was present and addressed the committee. Planning and Zoning Comprehensive Planner Nash was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Tierney moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Rodriguez Absent: 1- Henson 6.
