Call To Order Chairman Gay called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Chairperson Gay 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Tierney moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Chairperson Gay Absent: 1- Rodriguez 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes HHW11.18.1 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting 9 Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Chairperson Gay Absent: 1- Rodriguez b. ID-40-20 Presentation: Bridget McLaughlin, HACA Bridget McLaughlin, Director of Resident Services, Mary Allen Turner, representing HACA, and Sarah Clark-Akinrinde, representing HACA, were present and spoke on the different services offered to the youth. 5.
