Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Alderman Schandelmeier Absent: 1- Chairperson Gay Alderwoman Tierney moved to Recommend Favorably-Amendment 2: On page 5, strike lines 25 down through 26, and sequentially re-letter the subparagraphs accordingly. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Alderman Schandelmeier Absent: 1- Chairperson Gay Assistant City Attorney Braithwaite was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderwoman Tierney moved to recommend with amendments O-9-21. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
