Chairman Gay called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.

Alderman Schandelmeier moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda.
Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote:

Kathy Ebner, 40 Chesapeake Landing, Annapolis, MD 21403, and Patrick
Sheridan, 15 B Pfaff Lane, Annapolis, MD 21409, were present and provided
the Committee with a presentation.
Planning Administrator Rouse, and Chief of Community Development Wellman,
were present and answered questions from the Committee.

O-19-21 Development Application Procedures - For the purpose of providing for
community benefit input in the review of proposed development applications.
