Call To Order
Interim Chairwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderman Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda.
Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderman Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier

Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to approve the nomination of Alderman
Gay to serve as the Chairman of the Housing and Human Welfare Committee
from Tuesday, February 22, 2022 thru Wednesday, February 22, 2023 . The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderman Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier
Appointments and Re-appointments
AP-19-22 The Appointment of Cori O. Mackall to the Education Commission
Attachments: Application
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to recommend favorably AP-19-22.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following
vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderman Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier
AP-20-22 The Appointment of Jayme Weaver to the Education Commission
Attachments: Application
Jayme Weaver, 1422 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401, was present and
answered questions from the committee.
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to recommend favorably AP-20-22.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following
vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderman Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier

(NAM ) Outreach Programs Coordinator Hayes, and Law Enforcement Assistant
Diversion (LEAD) Coordinator Reynolds were present and answered questions
from the committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
