General Discussion ID-85-16 Status Update on the Recommendations made by the African American Caucus Police Chief Pristoop gave a presentation on the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee. City Manager Andrews was present and answered questions from the committee. Deputy Chief Baker and Director of Professional Standards Miguel were also present participated in the discussion and answered questions from the committee. 4.
