Chairwoman Finlayson called the meeting to order at 5:11 p.m.

Police Chief Pristoop gave an overview of the discussion topic and spoke on
geography accountability, net teams, supervisor geography assignment and answered
questions from the committee.

Police Chief gave an update on the discussion topic and spoke on operation division, k-
9 units, flex teams, patrol units, community meetings, net teams, professional standards
