Alderwoman Pindell Charles called the meeting at 4:05 pm.
Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderwoman O'Neill
Absent: 1- Alderman Gay
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Pindell Charles moved to approve the agenda. Seconded. CARRIED
on voice vote.

Spaces Reserved - For the purpose of reserving temporary assigned handicapped
parking spaces in residential areas for City of Annapolis residents; and generally
dealing with handicapped parking.

committee.
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to postpone O-38-22 until the next meeting of the
public safety committee. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

O-47-22 Vehicles and Traffic - Special Residential Parking Districts -
Nonresident Parking Permits & Temporary Passes - For the purpose of
allowing guest parking passes for City of Annapolis property owners who reside in
the City seasonally; and generally relating to off-street parking.

Alderwoman Tierney was present and answered questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Pindell Charles moved to postpone O-47-22 for 60 days.Seconded.
CARRIED on voice vote.
