Roll Call Present: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderwoman O'Neill Absent: 1- Alderman Gay Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman O'Neill moved to adopt the Special Meeting Agenda as amended to move Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120 to the end and remove ID-100-23 from the agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes PSC 3.20.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: PSC 3.20.23 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve PSC 3.20.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-105-23 Annapolis United Calendar Year 2022 Wrap-Up Report Attachments: Annapolis United. FINAL Chief Jackson, Captain/Commander of Community Outreach Miguez, Captain of Patrol Division Klindest, Commander of Ops Division Howard, Office of Emergency Director Simmons, Recreation & Parks irector Johnson were present to answer questions from committee.
