Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt as amended by the Rules committee amendments, the Littmann amendments and the Budge amendment. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett O-15-14 Bulk Regulations for Educational Institutions - For the purpose of amending the bulk regulations for educational institutions to allow for a flexible design-oriented approach to the development or redevelopment of schools.
