Call To Order Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett 2. General Discussion ID-49-15 Merger Discussion of Titles 17, 20, 21 and 22 to create a single land use title Alderman Arnett gave a brief introduction on the intent of the discussion topic. Alderwomen Finlayson requested that a working group be created to include Department of Neighborhood Environmental Program, and Planning and Zoning to assist in crafting the legislation. Assistant City Attorney Elson spoke on the discussion topic, and answered questions from the committee. Department of Neighborhood and Environmental Program Director Broadbent and Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald also participated in the discussion and answered questions from the committee. Alderwomen Finlayson requested that Rules and City Government and Alderman Littmann be sponsor of the legislation. This Informational Item was presented 3. Legislation before Committee O-1-15 Lease of City Property to George Bowling - For the purpose of approving a lease between the City of Annapolis and George Bowling for the City-owned building located at 270 Defense Highway, Annapolis, Maryland; and all other related matters. Rules and City Government Committee requested additional information from the Office of Law regarding this legislation. Alderwoman Pindell Charles moved to postpone. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
