1. Call To Order
Alderman Arnett called the joint meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Littmann and Alderman Pfeiffer
2. General Discussion
ID-49-15 Merger Discussion of Titles 17, 20, 21 and 22 to create a single land use
title
Alderman Arnett gave a brief introduction on the intent of the discussion topic.
Alderwomen Finlayson requested that a working group be created to include Department
of Neighborhood and Environmental Program and Planning and Zoning to assist in
crafting the legislation. Assistant City Attorney Elson spoke on the discussion topic, and
answered questions from the committee. Department of Neighborhood and Environmental
Program Director Broadbent and Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald also participated
in the discussion and answered questions from the committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
4:28 p.m.
