Chair Arnett called the meeting to order at 8:29 a.m.

CA-1-15 Issuance of Revenue Bonds - For the purpose of authorizing and providing
for the issuance of revenue bonds by the City of Annapolis.

Senior Vice President of Public Finance, Joseph D. Mason, Chester Building, 8600
LaSalle Road, Suite 324, Towson, maryland 21286-2011 representing Davenport &
Company was present and answered questions from the Committee.
Principal, Robert L. Doory, Jr., 10 Light Street Unit # 11, Baltimore, Maryland 21202
representing Miles & Stockbridge PC was present and answered questions from the
Committee.
City Manager Andrews was present and answered questions from the Committee.
Assistant Finance Director Leaman was also present.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.

3. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
8:38 a.m.
