Doory, Jr., 10 Light Street Unit # 11, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 representing Miles & Stockbridge PC was present and answered questions from the Committee. City Manager Andrews was present and answered questions from the Committee. Assistant Finance Director Leaman was also present. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded.
