Alderwoman Finlayson called the Regular Meeting to order at 1:03 pm.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to amend the agenda to remove O-50-22.
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderman Schandelmeier moved to approve RCG 2.3.23. Seconded. CARRIED
on voice vote.
Legislation
O-2-23 Budget Target Dates and Financial Impact of Labor Negotiations - For the
purpose of clarifying the timeline for negotiations between the City and employee
groups; requiring the Finance Committee to be briefed; technical corrections to the
City Budget section of the code; and generally related to the annual city budget
schedule requirements.

Alderman Schandelmeier moved to recommend O-2-23 favorably. Seconded.

modifying additional standards for food and beverage-related uses in the B1 District
that are subject to special exception.
