Alderman Schandelmeier moved to Motion to remove O-3-24 and O-26-24 from
the Regular Meeting agenda. voice vote.Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

related to Department of Central Services responsibilities.

Alderman Arnett moved to recommend Finlayson Amendment (Rules Committee
Amendment) #1 favorably . Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
Alderman Arnett moved to recommend CA-1-24 favorably as amended.

R-19-24 Eastport Choice Neighborhood Initiative Transformation - For the purpose of
adopting the Eastport Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) Transformation Plan,
which was recently approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) and approving the use of the former City of Annapolis Public
Works Property on Spa Road to meet the Plan's goals.

with Environmental Matters Committee on July 11th.
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to postpone until the Joint Meeting with
Environmental Matters Committee July 11th, 2024. Seconded. CARRIED on voice
vote.

adjourned at 2:03 pm.
