CALL TO ORDER Mayor Rice called the closed executive session meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. stating that the meeting is closed pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.03 for Labor negotiations/Contract for the Electric Utility Unit, Local #320. 2. ROLL CALL Present at roll call: Mayor Rice, Councilmembers Scott, Skogquist, Weaver, and Wesp. Staff present: City Manager Greg Lee, Assistant City Manager Amy Oehlers. Absent: None. 3. COUNCIL BUSINESS and/or DISCUSSION ITEMS • Council held discussion on the negotiations and proposed labor contract for the Electric Utility Unit Labor Contract for 2023 through 2025. 4. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Skogquist, seconded by Councilmember Scott to adjourn the Closed Executive Session at 6:50 p.m. Motion carried.
