CALL TO ORDER Mayor Rice called the closed executive session meeting to order at 6:51 p.m. stating that the meeting is closed pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, Subd 3(b) for Attorney-Client discussion on PID # 06-31-24-21-0090, Property Address 2939 6th Avenue, Anoka. 2. ROLL CALL Present at roll call: Mayor Rice, Councilmembers Scott, Skogquist, Weaver, and Wesp. Staff present: City Manager Greg Lee, Community Development Director Doug Borglund, Senior City Planner Clark Palmer, City Attorney Scott Baumgartner. Absent: None. 3. COUNCIL BUSINESS and/or DISCUSSION ITEMS • Council held discussion on Property ID# 06-31-24-21-0090, Property Address 2939 6th Avenue, Anoka. 4. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Skogquist, seconded by Councilmember Scott to adjourn the Closed Executive Session at 6:40 p.m. Motion carried.
