Staff is recommending entering into an agreement with GCA Services Group for the base bid of $145,922.70, including a 10% contingency, for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew with four (4) additional one-year periods. Presentation and discussion. 4. 14-306 Presentation and discussion on proposed Resolution No. 14-32, authorizing the city to approve Amendment No. 2 the Intergovernmental Agreement with Arizona Department of Transportation for Highway Safety Improvement Program grant funds for the construction of an intersection safety improvement project at the intersection of Idaho Road (SR 88) and Old West Highway.
