The budget, goals and objectives for the upcoming year are presented for your review and comments. He stated staff was available to answer any questions they may have. Mayor Serdy opened the public hearing for comments, receiving none, he closed the public hearing. He called for a motion. Councilmember Barker moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Wilson to approve Resolution No. 19-12 fully adopting estimates of expenditures by the City of Apache Junction for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020; declaring establishment of the budget for the City of Apache Junction for Fiscal Year 2019-2020; and declaring an emergency be approved and adopted.
