Public Hearing, 300 Locust The purpose of the Hearing is to consider signage for an - approved service station being constructed at 300 Locust Street. The signage plan includes a free-standing sign indicating the type of fuel and price available at the service station. Additionally, the applicant proposes branded signage on three sides of the approved fuel island canopy. The subject property is legally described as Lot 14 ofthe Resubdivision of Arlington and is under the ownership of Arlington Market LLC. The proposed gas station is a Conditional Use in the Commercial Zone. All interested are urged to attend. 2. Public Hearing, Fairway Loop Partition The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a - partition application on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Osuna. The proposal would split an existing lot within the Columbia View Estates Subdivision containing approximately 18,825 square feet and create two lots containing 9,416.64 and 9,409.10 square feet respectively. The subject lot is currently vacant and located within the R-1 Zone fronting Fairway Loop. All interested are urged to attend.
