Public Hearing, Fairway Loop Partition The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a - partition application on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Osuna. The proposal would split an existing lot within the Columbia View Estates Subdivision containing approximately 18,825 square feet and create two lots containing 9,416.64 and 9,409.10 square feet respectively. The subject lot is currently vacant and located within the R-1 Zone fronting Fairway Loop. 2. Public Hearing, Major Partition The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a - proposed Major Partition on behalf of the Port of Arlington. The subject property contains 38.65 acres as the southwest corner of the Arlington City Limits and is zoned Residential (R-l) and was recently annexed to the City. A portion of this property was the subject of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat recently which is contained within Parcel 1 of this proposed Major Partition. The primary focus of this Major Partition Proposal is Parcel 2 which contains approximately 2.5 acres. The remaining lands, shown as Parcel 3 contain 23.047 acres.
