ARMADA TOWNSHIP BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES 23121 East Main Street Armada, MI 48005 JUNE 28, 2011 7:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER: 7:05 p.m. by Supervisor Paterek MEMBERS PRESENT: Paterek, Ruthenberg, Swiacki, Lobeck and Smith PUBLIC COMMENTS: (Agenda items only). Clerk Swiacki read a letter dated June 28, 2011 from Armada Township Taxpayer Dennis Niedzwiecki. NEW BUSINESS: FORECLOSED PROPERTY OFFERED BY COUNTY: Supervisor Paterek stated that the purpose of this meeting was to discuss and consider the purchase of foreclosed property(s) offered by the county. Parcel #13-02-13-100-054; commonly known as 76727 North Avenue for the purchase price of $13,853.78. Parcel #13-02-12-200-005; commonly known as 78077 Omo for the purchase price of $7,688.12. Swiacki moved, Ruthenberg seconded to return offer to purchase parcel’s back to Macomb County Treasurer.
