Armada Township Board Special Meeting Minutes 23121 East Main Street Armada, MI 48005 June 22, 2016 7 p.m. CALL TO ORDER: 7 p.m. by Supervisor Paterek MEMBERS PRESENT: Paterek, Swiacki, Goetzinger, LeMieux MEMBERS ABSENT: Smith - excused PUBLIC COMMENTS: (Agenda items only) NEW BUSINESS: Water & Sewer Petition: Supervisor Paterek stated that the water and sewer district will comprise of 221.5Paterek moved Swiacki seconded to accept the petition from our property owners and proceed with the engineering and intergovernmental agreements with both Bruce Township for water and Romeo Village for sewer. Ayes: Paterek, Goetzinger, Swiacki, LeMieux Motion CARRIED Resolution and policy to authorize electronic transactions: LeMieux moved to approve Policy and Resolution for Fire Department. Motion Failed Swiacki moved Paterek seconded to approve Armada Township Policy for Electronic Transactions of Funds and Resolution #2016-04 to authorize electronic transactions as presented for the township and fire department. Ayes: Swiacki, LeMieux, Goetzinger, Paterek Motion CARRIED PUBLIC COMMENT: Trustee LeMieux would like to have front porch repairs on next month’s agenda.
