ARMADA TOWNSHIP BOARD Special Meeting Minutes 23121 East Main Armada, MI 48005 January 19, 2023 7:00 p.m. MINUTES CALL TO ORDER: 7 p.m. by Supervisor Paterek. MEMBERS PRESENT: Goetzinger, Job, Swiacki, Paterek MEMBERS ABSENT: Murray PUBLIC COMMENT(s): Kevin Grand NEW BUSINESS: Waste-Water Treatment Plant - Permit: Motion by Paterek seconded by Job to extend the Waste-Water Treatment Plant Permit held by Chester Zochowski for $1,950 plus a late penalty of 5%. Ayes: Paterek Nays: Job, Goetzinger, Swiacki Motion FAILED Posting of meeting agendas: Motion by Swiacki seconded by Job to allow the Deputy Clerk to post all regular and special meetings for the Township Boards of Commissions and to update the Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual accordingly. All Ayes Motion CARRIED Motion by Paterek to include me in the ability to post the meetings in the absence of anybody that posts the meetings in the Clerk’s office. FAILED for Lack of Support List of Contacts: Website access was discussed to make changes. Clerk’s office will check with website host to see if each department can maintain its own updates accordingly without having access to other department posts.
