Nelson Embrey called the meeting to order. The following members and visitors were present: Mr. RANDY LOVELESS Present Mr. NELSON EMBREY Present Ms. TRACIE SORVILLO Present Mr. BRAD LUTZ Present Mr. ROGER CLARK Present Mr. DAVID RAINEY Excused EMPLOYEE(S): Franklin Christman LEGISLATION: RESOLUTION(S) FOR FIRST READING 03-2020 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 2019-16. THE TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR THE VILLAGE OF ASHVILLE OHIO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brad Lutz moved, seconded by Roger Clark, to have the First Reading. All votes were yea. After the reading, Tracie Sorvillo moved, seconded by Brad Lutz, to accept the First Reading, suspend the Rules of Council, waive the Second and Third Readings and adopt. All votes were yea. At 7:07 AM, Brad Lutz moved, seconded by Roger Clark, to adjourn the meeting. All votes were yea and the meeting adjourned.
