Athens Airport Authority Air Service Development Committee Meeting November 21, 2017 5:00p.m. Athens Flight Center - Conference Room Authority: Michael Pierce, Committee Chair Beth Higgins, Lester Shindelman, David Asman Airport: David Fluck, Interim Airport Director Angela Dalton, Airport Billing Coordinator Robert Hiss, ACC Assistant Manager The agenda for this meeting consisted of the following items: 1. Go over task assignment grid from Les to dete1mine progress on each. 2. Evaluate progress and project completion dates 3. Do we have outstanding letters? 4. Discuss submission process 5. Are there outstanding details that must be addressed? 6. Dete1mine meeting dates for working groups/subcommittee prior to submission. Each of the above items were discussed and updated as necessary. Each item is progressing and as completed by the assigned member, the document is being loaded into the GoogleDocs file for the Committee members to review. It was also noted that a letter of suppmt from an airline has been received along with other letters of suppo1t from businesses and community members.
