Agenda reviewed. Minutes: Motion to approve last meeting’s minutes by Taylor Worley, seconded by Aaron Redman. Approved unanimously. Taylor Worley volunteered to take minutes for today’s meeting. TSPLOST projects: Update by Lauren. Under final review by M&C, deadline February 1Update on GDoT and other projects by Dan. Complete Streets Policy Rewrite: Lauren suggests getting on M&C work session in spring – maybe March. Dan suggests getting started on the presentation and then getting on the agenda. Lauren asks if anyone wants to get started on the presentation. Goal is ten minutes or less in presentation time. Compare and contrast against last policy and hit the highlights. M&C ought to have already reviewed the material. Aaron volunteered to start working on it. Mark Ebell volunteered to help Aaron. PPC will review the draft version at next month’s meeting. Bicycle Ordinances Review: Review of Google spreadsheet rankings with committee member notes and input. Discussion of each line lead by Lauren. Designate priority or as remove from consideration. Mark Ebell left the meeting at 249p (line 12). Discussion paused after reviewing line 21 at 314p. Will restart discussion at next meeting. Next meeting: Scheduled for Wednesday, February 9th from 430p to 545p. Adjourned at 315p.
