Minutes - Special Meeting Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections & Voter Registration November 13, 2023 4:30pm 2555 Lexington Road, Athens, GA 30605 Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 4:36pm. In attendance were Rocky Raffle, Chair; Ann Till, Vice Chair; Adam Shirley, Secretary; Willa Fambrough; and Hank Qadir, Member. Others in attendance were Charlotte Sosebee, Elections Supervisor; Pamela Long, Elections Assistant; Audra Taylor, Elections Assistant; Lisa McGlaun, Elections Assistant; Aletha Perkins, Administrative Assistant; and Spencer Tolley, John Marsh, Donna Carter, and Ben Pearlman, Vote Review/Ballot Duplication Panelists. Also in attendance were two members of the public. A. MOTION by Ms. Till to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. B. There was no public comment. C. Special Election - November 7, 2023 1. Approval/rejection of provisional ballots 2. Unofficial election summary 3. Certification MOTION by Ms. Till to approve the Provisional Ballots report from the November 7, 2023, special election as recommended. Seconded by Mr. Qadir. Approved unanimously. MOTION by Mr. Shirley to stand in recess until 5:15pm. Seconded by Ms. Fambrough. Approved unanimously. Chair Raffle called the meeting to order at 5:27pm. MOTION by Ms. Till to accept the results and certify the special election from November 7, 2023. Seconded by Mr. Shirley. Approved unanimously. D. Announcements 1.
